Native Sheets Ticks are XP, and streaks pay more.
Easy, medium and hard habits pay 10, 20 and 35 XP. Keep a streak going and every tick earns a bonus, up to +10. The maths is on the Start Here tab; nothing is hidden.
Character — level, title, XP bar, streak health and six stats
What it does
Every habit is a training action. Tick it and you earn XP. XP levels up your character, feeds six stats, lights up a skill tree and deals damage to a weekly boss. Miss a few days and your streak health drops. It is a game, and the game is your actual life.
Easy, medium and hard habits pay 10, 20 and 35 XP. Keep a streak going and every tick earns a bonus, up to +10. The maths is on the Start Here tab; nothing is hidden.
Each habit trains a stat — strength, intellect, wisdom, charisma, dexterity or vitality. The six stat bars on your character sheet show your shape as a person and where you're neglecting yourself.
The boss's HP is a realistic target worked out from your own habits. The XP you earn that week is the damage. Beat it before Sunday and it drops loot; miss and it escapes.
Tick NEW MONTH and the sheet archives your XP, level, trophies and bosses to a Hall of Fame, clears the board, and moves the date forward. No copying, no deleting rows.
What's inside
Why this one
119 checks against Google's own calculation engine: every habit's XP, streak, best and completion, all 28 daily totals, level, title, six stats, four bosses, streak health and all 18 trophy states. Four bugs caught before delivery, one of them a broken cross-sheet reference that only re-verification exposed.
